The patterns of the styles are prepared according to customer specifications by our professional technical team in a very meticulous manner.

Taking global market trends into consideration, the leathers and materials are developed after visiting international fairs and exhibitions. The color scales, linings and accessories are determined based on the chosen leather and materials.

Our leathers are carefully selected from Spanish, Italian, French and Turkish tanneries. The main skin-types used in our production are: lamb, veal, goat, deer, and lamb shearling. Each come with different types of finishing such as: aniline, semi-aniline, nubuck, suede, drum-dyed and vegetable tunned options.

Determining the materials and accessories, and bringing them all together is a highly sensitive process, which requires very detail oriented careful work. Our success in this area is once again the result of professional coordination from an experienced and qualified management team.

Once the orders are received, a detailed Production Plan is prepared based on our customers final requirements.

The Production Plan includes: obtaining and preparing the leather, materials and accessories. Cutting, sewing, finishing, quality-control, sampling, packaging and loading, customs operations, documentations, delivery to customer etc… are all included in this process.
